Broker Assessment EOI Charter
A concise framework for proposing one evidence-led broker assessment before FXContext confirms eligibility, evidence scope and editorial capacity.
Expression-of-interest stage
An EOI is free of charge and creates no commitment for the broker or FXContext. It is a written eligibility and evidence-scope conversation, not a contract, order, rating or promise of publication.
Initial scope
An accepted assessment scope covers one broker legal entity and one jurisdiction, with the client category, Forex/CFD market and relevant account scope agreed in writing. A different entity or country is a separate context and is not silently combined.
Documents requested
- legal entity name, company identifier and current regulator record;
- permissions, passport or service basis for the selected country;
- client agreement, risk warning, safeguards and complaints process;
- account, pricing, funding, leverage and platform documents;
- public URLs, issue dates, version numbers and a disclosure contact.
Do not send client data, account statements, passwords, trading records or material that the sender is not authorised to disclose.
Potential deliverables
If FXContext accepts the proposal after checking eligibility and capacity, the written scope may include a structured broker profile, source register, evidence-gap list, jurisdiction-specific assessment under the applicable Top or Prospective methodology, and up to three non-scoring improvement priorities. Final deliverables and timing are confirmed before work begins.
Broker fact-check
Before publication, the broker may check names, identifiers, dates, source applicability and other factual points. New evidence can be reviewed and documented. Fact-checking does not give the broker control over the methodology, score, wording of the editorial conclusion or the decision to publish.
Independence and no guarantees
- No payment, participation or document submission buys points.
- No favourable score or conclusion is promised.
- No traffic, lead, conversion, visibility or ranking level is promised.
- FXContext may decline, pause, withhold or not publish an assessment.
- Timelines are offered only after FXContext verifies editorial capacity and the evidence scope.
Permission-based contact
FXContext accepts inbound requests with explicit consent or correspondence through a contact already authorised for this purpose. It does not use purchased lists, mass email or invisible email tracking. An EOI can be withdrawn and further contact stopped at any time.
