- Source: the official notice is opened and recorded.
- Identity: entity, trading name, domain and contact details are matched.
- Status: allegation, warning, decision, appeal and closure remain distinct.
- Context: date, jurisdiction and any official response are shown.
- Review: a separate editorial check is completed before publication.
