Optional audience analytics runs only after you accept it. Reader accounts and public broker reviews are not active. FXContext does not place invisible tracking pixels in pilot emails.

We use personal data to answer enquiries, assess whether a written broker assessment or profile proposal is feasible, check and correct published information, protect the website, keep necessary correspondence records and meet applicable legal obligations. Depending on the context, processing is based on your request or consent, steps requested before an agreement, legitimate publishing and security interests, or a legal obligation.

EOI contact is permission-based: FXContext uses inbound requests with explicit consent or contacts already authorised for the purpose. It does not use purchased contact lists or mass promotional email. Every recipient can ask FXContext to stop contacting them.

Optional analytics and cookies

The functional fxcontext_market cookie remembers the market you select for up to 180 days. It is separate from analytics and does not enable tracking.

With your consent, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand visits to broker profiles, comparisons and articles and improve the website. Before you accept analytics, we do not load the Google analytics tag or send analytics requests to Google. You can decline through Manage options.

Analytics may include pseudonymous cookie identifiers, pages visited, referring sites, browser and device information, approximate location, scrolling, outbound clicks and file downloads. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses or EOI form contents to Analytics. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. Admin pages are excluded.

The essential fxcontext_analytics_consent cookie remembers your choice for up to 180 days. If you accept, Google cookies beginning with _ga distinguish visits for up to 180 days, without extending their expiry on each visit. Analytics user and event data retention is set to two months, with reset on new activity disabled. Standard aggregated reports are not subject to that same retention period.

Open Privacy choices in the footer at any time to change your choice. Rejecting analytics stops further collection on this browser and removes its Google Analytics cookies. Withdrawal does not automatically erase data already collected; contact us about applicable deletion rights.

Cloudflare hosts and protects the intake service. Zoho Mail processes the contact and EOI details needed to deliver the receipt and internal intake notifications. Google provides optional analytics and may process analytics data outside your country. Its applicabledata processing termsdescribe processing and international transfer safeguards;Google's privacy policyprovides further information about its practices.
